Appspeed was founded at the beginning of 2004 after nearly 10 years experience in the Citrix Distribution Channel. It became apparent that whilst Citrix resolved many IT issues, new challenges were created which provided an opportunity for a number of new products and technologies to be developed in order to provide a much improved Citrix/Server Based Computing experience.

Our expertise in the Citrix market enabled us to identify key building blocks that help deliver a more effective and complete Server Based Computing Solution using best of breed technologies.

One of the key reasons for establishing AppSpeed was there were no companies focussing on these complimentary technologies and we identified a gap in the market for a Distributor to offer the focus and expertise to create a UK Channel for these products.

Appspeed has developed organically in response to market demand and whilst retaining a focus on Server Based Computing, we have broadened into the Security and Technical Services sectors.

Typically our products ensure improvement of performance, capacity (more users per server), manageability and security ensuring a better quality and more efficient system for the end user whilst providing a valuable commercial advantage and differentiator for the reseller.
